You want to achieve that grade
That every student desires,
Then hard work
Should be your guiding principle.

You want to be who you dream to be
In the future yet to be seen,
Then hard work
Should be your closest ally.

You want to give your family
The best that your profession offers,
Then hard work
Should be your foremost value.

You want to grow that business
To that height where people look up to you,
Then hard work
Should keep you awake as others slumber.

You want to keep your family together
As it should be
Then work hard at it
For it is not an easy task for you or your spouse.

You want to conquer that habit, that sin
That is eating you up from within,
Then work hard at it,
For it is not an easy road to righteousness.

Are you working hard and no results yet?
Do not wait to think that success is delusory
Or become drunk with lethargy
Keep at it, it might just be one more step away

Whatever you are working on
Work hard at it,
For your goal is just around the corner
Though it seems it is farther away.
